Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Verified overall equipment condition as good. * Confirmed pleated 1" filter in place; customer to replace filter. * Observed indoor coil in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Observed outdoor coil in good condition. * Tested and verified proper operation of blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, contactor, and electrical wiring. **System Components:** * Inspected and confirmed blower wheel and primary drain pan are in good working condition. * Cleared drain line and cleaned out primary pan. * Confirmed drain line is strapped. **Measurements:** * Return air temperature: 74.0°F. * Supply air temperature: 100.0°F. **Additional Actions:** * Dusted and tested thermostat operations.
