Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler): Located in the closet, the air handler services the whole home. Checked the pleated 1" filter (20x20x1); condition is fair. Indoor coil condition is fair. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump): Located on the side of the house. Cleaned the outdoor coil; condition is now fair. Electrical Components: Tested and inspected the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. System Components: Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, secured electrical wires, and ductwork; all are in good condition and working properly. System Performance: Return air temperature: 71.0°F. Supply air temperature: 106.5°F. Cleared the condensate drain line and tested the safety switch. Confirmed
