Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Garage/Attic): Observed the indoor unit to be in fair condition. Noted filter size as 20x25. Customer declined filters and will provide their own; current filter is pleated 2-6". Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. Electrical Components: Tested and confirmed proper operation within manufacturer specifications for: Blower Motor Heat Strip Kit Condenser Fan Motor Compressor Blower Run Capacitor Compressor Run Capacitor Fan Run Capacitor Contactor Electrical Wiring System Components: Inspected and confirmed good working condition of: Blower Wheel Primary Drain Pan Electrical Wires Secured Ductwork System Readings & Adjustments: Measured return air temperature at 74.0°F and supply air temperature at 101.0°F.
