Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic): Observed the indoor unit to be in fair condition. Verified the pleated 20x25x5 filter was checked today. Determined the condition of the indoor coil is fair. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump in Back Yard): Observed the outdoor unit to be in fair condition. Cleaned the outdoor coil. Electrical Components: Tested and confirmed the following components are working properly within manufacturer's specifications: Blower Motor, Heat Strip Kit, Condenser Fan Motor, Compressor, Blower Run Capacitor, Compressor Run Capacitor, Fan Run Capacitor, Compressor Start Capacitor, Contactor, and Electrical Wiring.
