Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Furnace in Attic):** * Verified the overall equipment condition as good. * Condition of Indoor Coil: Good, Clean * Washed the washable filter (18x18x1 pleated 1" filter). **Outdoor Unit (Straight Cool on Side of House):** * Condition of Outdoor Coil: Good, Clean * Cleaned the Outdoor Coil. **Electrical Components (Tested and Working):** * Verified proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring within manufacturer's specifications. **System Components (Inspected and Working):** * Confirmed good condition and proper operation of the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, secured electrical wires, and ductwork. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary and secondary pans. * Tested the safety switch. **Me
