Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler - Garage, Attic): Observed the indoor unit to be in fair condition. Noted filter size as 18x18x1 and 14x14X1. Customer declined filters and will provide their own. Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork, and found them to be in good condition and working properly. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump - Side of House): Observed the outdoor unit to be in fair condition. Electrical Components: Tested and inspected the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. All components are working properly within manufacturer's recommended specifications. System Testing & Adjustments: Measured a return air temperature of 73.0 Degrees Fahrenheit and a supply air temperature of 120.0 Degrees F
