Here’s a summary of the work completed: **Air Handler (Indoor Unit)** * Replaced the pleated 1" filter in the attic air handler with a spare provided by the customer. * Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. **Heat Pump (Outdoor Unit)** * Verified the outdoor coil is in good condition. * Tested and inspected the blower motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, defrost control board, and electrical wiring; all are working within manufacturer's specifications. * Inspected the blower wheel, heat exchanger, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork; all are in good condition and working properly. **Condensate Drain System** * Cleared the drain line, cleaned out the primary and secondary pans. * Tested the safety switch. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped and secured. **System Performance** *
