Today I performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Overall everything looked good. I started off checking the difference in temperature between supply and return air. I observed a return of 70° while supply air temp was 52°F. Right where we want it. The filter was checked today. Outside I checked the operation of the compressor, condenser fan and their respective capacitor. Everything was within manufacturer specifications. The condenser coil was hosed out with water only I finished up clearing the drain with the wet vac and a gallon of water. Once I was sure the drain was clear. I treated the assembly with chemical to prevent a clog. Thank you for choosing
