Today I performed a winter time tune up on your HVAC equipment. Overall everything looks to be in fair condition. I started off checking the difference in temperature between supply and return air. I observed a return of 75° while supply air temp was 63°F. This is a little low for the efficiency rating of your unit, which tells me there’s something wrong. The filter was changed at today’s visit. Outside I checked the operation of the compressor, condenser fan and their respective capacitor. Everything was within manufacturer specifications. I finished up treating the drain with chemical to prevent a clog. Thank you for choosing
