Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Garage Closet): Observed the unit to be in fair condition, servicing the south side area. Noted filter sizes as 12x24x1, 14x20x1, and 12x12x1. Observed the indoor coil to be dirty. Confirmed the customer will provide replacement filters. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. Electrical Components: Verified proper operation of the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, blower run capacitor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. Component Inspection: Confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork are in good condition and working properly. System Testing & Adjustments: Recorded a return air temperature of 70.0°F and a supply air temperature of 94.0°F. Cleared the drain line, cleaned out the primary pan and condensate pu
