Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler - Garage): Replaced the air filter (20x25x1) using customer-supplied spare filters. Confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good condition. Outdoor Unit (Side of House): Verified the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, blower run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring are working within manufacturer specifications. System Checks: Cleared the condensate drain line and tested the safety switch. Confirmed the drain line is strapped. Measured a return air temperature of 72.0°F and a supply air temperature of 122.1°F. Restored power to the units and tested the thermostat operation.
