Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **PKG UNIT Inspection:** * Confirmed the overall equipment condition is good. * Verified the indoor unit is a package unit located in the crawl space. * Confirmed the outdoor unit is a package unit located on the side of the house. **Component Checks:** * Checked the filtration and noted the filter size is 20x20x4. * Observed the indoor coil is in fair condition. * Observed the outdoor coil is clean and in fair condition. * Tested and inspected the compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, electrical wiring, and contactor; all are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. * Inspected the blower wheel and electrical wires; both are in good condition and working properly. **System Readings & Adjustments:** * Measured the return air temperature at 70.0 degrees Fahrenheit and the supply air temperature at 85.0 degrees Fahrenheit.
