Today I performed a winter time tune up on your HVAC equipment. Overall everything looks to be in poor condition. I started off checking the difference in temperature between supply and return air temp. I observed a return of 69° while supply air was 90°F. A little low considering auxiliary heat was on during the observed temperatures. The filter was changed today. Outside I checked the operation of your compressor, condenser fan and their respective capacitor. Everything was within manufacturer specifications. I finished up treating the drain assembly with chemical to prevent a clog. Thank you for choosing
