Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Air Handler Service:** * Replaced the air filters with the customer's spare filters (sizes 12x12x1 and 12x20x1). * Confirmed the drain line is strapped. * Cleared the condensate drain line. **Condenser Service:** * Tested and inspected the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, electrical wiring, and contactor, all operating within manufacturer's specifications. * Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork, all in good working order. **System Performance:** * Measured a return air temperature of 65.0°F and a supply air temperature of 114.0°F. * Restored power to the units and tested thermostat operation. **Recommendations:** * Recommend duct cleaning.
