Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Located in the closet/garage. * Replaced the pleated 20x25x4 air filter. * Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Located on the side of the house. * Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. **Electrical Components:** * Verified proper operation of the blower motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring within manufacturer's specifications. **System Components:** * Confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good working order. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary pan. * Tested the safety switch. **System Performance:** * Measured a return air temperature of 70.0°F and a supply air temperature of 93.0°F. * Confirmed the drain l
