Today I arrived on site to perform winter maintenance on the HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler): Located in the 2nd-floor closet. Replaced the 20x20x4 air filter; customer provided spare filters. Inspected and found the indoor coil to be in fair and clean condition. Outdoor Unit: Located on the side of the house. Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. Electrical Components (Tested and Working): Verified proper operation and amperage of the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. Inspected Components (Good Condition): Confirmed the blower wheel, heat exchanger, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good working order. System Performance: Measured a return air temperature of 68.0°F and a supply air temperature of 100.2°F. Cleared the condensate drain line and tested the safety switch. Verified the drain line is stra
