Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler - Garage) Observed the unit to be in fair condition. Confirmed pleated 2-6" filtration is in place; customer will handle filter replacements. Filter size is 15 3/8x25 1/2x5 1/4. Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork; all are in good working order. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump - Side of House) Observed the unit to be in fair condition. Tested and inspected the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working within manufacturer specifications. System Performance Return air temperature: 71.0°F. Supply air temperature: 95.0°F. Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan.
