Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit Service:** * Located the water source indoor unit in the crawl space. * Replaced the 20x25x5 filter. * Confirmed the indoor coil was clean and in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit Service:** * Confirmed the outdoor coil was clean and in fair condition. **Electrical Component Testing:** * Verified proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, and compressor. * Confirmed the blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, and contactor were working within specifications. * Confirmed the electrical wiring was working within specifications. **Component Inspection:** * Confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork were in good condition and working properly. **System Testing & Adjustments:** * Recorded a return air temperature of 75.0°F and a supply air temperature of 101.0°F. *
