Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler - Garage):** * Replaced the 20x20 pleated 1" filter. * Confirmed the indoor coil is in good condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump - Side of Building):** * Verified the outdoor coil is in good condition. * Tested and confirmed proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, contactor, and electrical wiring. **System Components:** * Inspected and verified the blower wheel and primary drain pan are in good working condition. * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. * Confirmed the drain line is properly strapped. **Measurements:** * Return air temperature: 72.0 Degrees Fahrenheit. * Supply air temperature: 125.0 Degrees Fahrenheit. **Additional Actions:** * Dusted and tested the thermostat's operation.
