Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Replaced the pleated 1" filter (20x20x1). * Noted the indoor coil is in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Cleaned the outdoor coil, which was in fair condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and inspected the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, electrical wiring, and electric heat strip kit safeties; all are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **System Components:** * Inspected the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork; all are in good condition and working properly. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary and secondary pans. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped. **Measurements:** * Return air temperature: 72.0°F. * Supply air temper
