Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time tune up on the system. The system is currently working properly. **Indoor Unit:** * Located in the attic. * Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. * Replaced the pleated 1" filter (20x30). Customer provided spare filters. **Outdoor Unit:** * Located on the side of the house. * Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. **Electrical Components:** * Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. All are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **System Components:** * Inspected the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and electrical wires. All are in good condition and working properly. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary and secondary pans. * Tested the safety switch
