Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Air Handler (AH) Service:** * Replaced the 20x25x4 pleated filter in the attic air handler. The customer provided the spare filter. **Outdoor Unit (OUTSIDE) Service:** * Verified proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring on the heat pump. **System Inspection:** * Confirmed the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good condition. * Cleared the condensate drain line, cleaned out the primary pan, and tested the safety switch. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped. **Additional Actions:** * Dusted the thermostat, checked the batteries, and tested its operation. * Restored power to the units. * Return Air Temperature: 71.0 Degrees Fahrenheit * Supply Air Temperature: 101.0 Degrees Fahrenheit
