Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Air Handler): Located in the closet; unit services the whole home. Checked the antimicrobial filter (size 20x20x1). Customer has spare filters and will replace it themselves. Indoor coil condition is fair; recommend a duct cleaning. Outdoor Unit: Located on the side of the house. Outdoor coil condition is fair. Electrical Components (Tested and Working): Blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring are all working properly within manufacturer's specifications. Components (Inspected and in Good Condition): Blower wheel, primary drain pan, electrical wires secured, and secondary drain pan are in good condition and working properly.
