Today I arrived on site and performed a winter tune-up on the system. Here’s a summary of the work completed: **AHU (Attic Air Handler):** * Verified the unit services the east side. * Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. * Checked the 1" pleated filter (18x18x1). * Noted the customer needs additional filters. **COND (Back Yard Heat Pump):** * Verified the outdoor coil is in good condition. * Tested and inspected electrical components: blower motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, defrost control board, and electrical wiring. All are working properly. * Inspected components: blower wheel, heat exchanger, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, secured electrical wires, and ductwork. All are in good condition. **System Checks:** * Return air temperature: 71.0°F. * Supply air temperature: 112.8°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line. * Cleaned the primary and secondary pans.
