Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Furnace in Attic): Verified the overall condition as fair. Checked the pleated 2-6" filter. Filter sizes are 20x25 and 16x20. Observed the indoor coil in fair condition. Outdoor Unit (Straight Cool in Back Yard): Verified the overall condition as fair. Observed the outdoor coil in fair condition. Electrical Components: Tested and inspected the blower motor, inducer draft motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. System Components: Inspected the blower wheel, burners, exhaust flue, heat exchanger, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork; all are in good condition and working properly. Testing & Adjustments: Tested for carbon monoxide, resulting in 0.00 PPM. Measured a return air temperature of 70.0 Degrees Fahrenh
