Today I arrived on site and completed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Air Handler (Indoor Unit) Service: Located in the attic closet, the air handler services the 2nd floor and whole home. Checked and replaced the 20x25x4 and 16x25 filters. Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. Condensing Unit (Outdoor Unit) Service: Located on the side of the house, the outdoor coil is in fair condition. Electrical Component Testing: Verified proper operation within manufacturer specifications for the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. Component Inspection: Confirmed the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good working condition.
