Today I arrived on site to perform service and maintenance. Here's a summary of the work completed: Air Handler (Indoor Unit) Unit is located in the closet and services the whole home. Replaced the 20x20 pleated 1" and Respicare filter using the customer's spare filters. Heat Pump (Outdoor Unit) Unit is located on the side of the house. Tested and inspected the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, secured electrical wires, and ductwork; all are in good condition and working properly. System Performance & Other Checks Return air temperature: 71.0°F. Supply air temperature: 110.0°F. Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. Tested the safety switch. Restored power to the units. Checked the batteries and operation of the thermos
