Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Furnace): Located in the garage. Observed the overall condition as fair. Noted a pleated 1" filter is currently in use. Customer declined new filters and will provide their own (size: 16x16x1). Observed the indoor coil in fair condition. Outdoor Unit (Straight Cool): Located on the side of the house. Observed the outdoor coil in fair condition. Electrical Components (Tested and Working): Verified proper operation and amperage within manufacturer specifications for: Blower Motor, Inducer Draft Motor, Condenser Fan Motor, Compressor, Blower Run Capacitor, Compressor Run Capacitor, Fan Run Capacitor, Contactor, Electrical Wiring, and Furnace Control Board. Components (Inspected and Working Properly): Confirmed good condition and proper operation of: Blower Wheel, Primary Drain Pan, Electrical Wires Secured, and Ductwork.
