Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Furnace in Crawl Space): Observed the indoor unit to be in fair condition. Checked the pleated 1" filter (20x20) and noted its condition. Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Observed the outdoor unit to be in fair condition. Tested and inspected the following electrical components, which are working properly: Inducer Draft Motor, Blower Motor, Condenser Fan Motor, Compressor, Blower Run Capacitor, Compressor Run Capacitor, Fan Run Capacitor, Contactor, and Electrical Wiring. Inspected the Blower Wheel, Burners, Exhaust Flue, Heat Exchanger, Primary Drain Pan, Electrical Wires Secured, and Ductwork, and found them to be in good condition and working properly. System Testing & Maintenance: Tested for Carbon Monoxide, resulting in 0.00 PPM. Measured a Return Air Temperature of 74.0 Degrees Fahrenheit and a Supply Air Temperature o
