Today I arrived on site and completed the following maintenance and service tasks: **System Overview** * Observed the overall equipment condition as fair. * Serviced the whole home area unit. **Filtration** * Replaced the pleated 20x20 filter. * Checked the new filter. **Coils** * Observed the indoor coil condition as fair. * Observed the outdoor coil condition as fair. **Electrical Components** * Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **Component Inspection** * Inspected the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and secured electrical wires; all are in good condition and working properly. **Drainage** * Cleared the condensate drain line. * Cleaned out the secondary pan. * Cleaned out the primary pan. * Tested the
