Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler - Attic):** * Replaced the air filter with the customer's spare 20x20x1 Respicare filter. * Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump - Back Yard):** * Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. * Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, fan run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, blower run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. * Inspected the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and secured electrical wires; all are in good condition and working properly. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary and secondary pans. * Tested the safety switch. * Confirmed the drain line is strapped. **System Performance:** * Return air temperature: 70.0°F. * Sup
