Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **INDOOR UNITS (Attic Air Handler):** * Replaced the air filter with a new 20x20x1 filter provided by the customer. * Confirmed the indoor coil is in fair and clean condition. * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out both the primary and secondary drain pans. * Tested the safety switch to ensure proper function. * Inspected the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork; all are in good condition and working properly. **OUTDOOR UNITS (Side of House Heat Pump):** * Confirmed the outdoor coil is in fair and clean condition. * Tested and inspected the following electrical components, all working properly within manufacturer's specifications: blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. *
