Today I arrived on site and performed a winter time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic/Garage):** * Replaced the air filters using the customer's spare filters. * Checked the filtration. * Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. * Tested and inspected the blower motor, heat strip kit, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, defrost control board, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manufacturer's recommended specifications. * Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, secured electrical wires, and ductwork; all are in good condition and working properly. **System Performance:** * Measured a return air temperature of 70.0°F and a supply air temperature of 127.0°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line and confirmed it is connected
