I just wanted to commend Dana for a great job professionally and personally. She was prompt and had a great attitude toward her service call which was very needed due our A/C being out of commission. She quickly completed the repair with efficiency while being able to be explain the situation. I have used CARE before and will continue to do so. I had an appointment w another company but canceled due to the 3 day wait. By calling CARE, I had an appointment the next day. Thanks, Dana!
