As a CARE Heating and Cooling rewards member, a staff came out recently for my yearly furnace inspection/tune-up. Process took about half an hour. A potential problem down the road was identified and discussed. A different part was replaced to extend the life of said part and that was done at a reasonable price (discounted as a benefit of being a rewards member). Hoping to continue dealing with CARE and keep my air conditioner and furnace running smoothly.
