Andrew was excellent to deal with. Very professional and very thorough. No complaints there. My complaint lies with the office. Way back in April, I scheduled the maintenance for Monday, June 30th between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. When no one showed up, I called the office and was told they didn’t have me on the schedule. They apologized and were able to reschedule us for Wednesday, July 2nd.
