Was told our repair would be around $2K. We signed up for the membership thinking it would be worth our while. This morning we were quoted $3800 with the 20% discount! We were totally misled. When I told Paula I would need to discuss the repair with my husband and talk to other companies she said okay and we hung up. A few minutes later she left me a VM that the quoted price would now be $3K with the 20% discount. Im unsure how one moment you can quote one price, then drop it $800. Makes me weary of the integrity of the company. Research indicates the repair should be between $1500-$2500 for the part alone. Is your hourly rate $400? Just really disappointed with our experience, and wondering if we are locked in to the monthly membership. In my opinion, the tech shouldn’t be quoting the cost of a repair if they don’t have the knowledge of what the company is going to charge; however, he was spot on with what the internet says the part should cost.
