I was happy that Care came out so quick. The technician came out and looked things over. After 10 minutes he said we need a new furnace. I called another company out for a second opinion and he took apart the motor. He found a bird lodged in the motor. $90 fix as opposed to getting a new furnace. I called Care at first to solve the problem and another company did that for me on a second opinion. it was a pretty simple problem after the other company took 10 minutes to look into more.
