Our furnace went out during the night and when we called our normal service company they never called back. I called Care and within an hour their service technician Shawn was working on our furnace. It took him quite awhile but he got it up and running. He was professional, congenial, and made it clear that I should call if there were any further problems. We are so impressed with Care and Shawn. We will recommend them to anyone in need of an HVAC company.
