Service diagnostic found that the high voltage wire had melted at the outdoor contactor. I also spoke to Chance about having the drain line serviced. Repair options were presented to homeowner and he chose to just have the contactor replaced today. I replaced the contactor and stripped back new clean wire. I also secured the outdoor compressor wiring and taped the insulation on the door panel at the indoor air handler. I function checked the system. The system is operational at completion of service.
