Performed A/C tune-up on 2 Carrier straight cool systems. Checked the electrical, mechanical and performance systems of the units. Cleared, cleaned, flushed and treated the drain lines. Cleaned the exterior of the indoor furnace systems and washed both outdoor coils. I did find the blower capacitor on the downstairs system is below value. Repair options were presented to the homeowner and he chose to have the capacitor replaced during this visit. I replaced the blower capacitor and function test the system. Both systems are operational at this time.
