Upstairs Mini Split: On arrival, I found the indoor head unit blinking an error code. Upon removal of the decorative cover for the condensate pump, I found that it was filled with water due to the pump having failed. I verified the pump fuse was still good, and the pump was receiving 240v. You could feel the pump becoming warm but it was not kicking on to remove the condensate. I recommend having the condensate pump replaced today to ensure all condensate is removed from the unit and pumped out. Installed new condensate pump on the mini split head. Tightened and secured all connections and tested the system. Washed off the outdoor coil and verified everything was operating within manufacturers specifications for operation. Everything is working at this time.
