Service diagnostic found that the drain line was clogged at the mini split drain connection. I went over my findings with the homeowner and they chose to have the drain cleared. I disassembled the indoor split system to access the drain connection. I used my vacuum and cleaned the drain as best as possible. I reattached the drain line and tested the drain with a gallon of water and verified it is flowing and leak free. I also washed the air filters then did a function check. The system is operational at this time.
