Performed AC cool check. Checked electrical, mechanical, safety, and performance of the system. Dryer lint had accumulated on one side of the condenser coil. Condenser coil has been cleaned. Transformer for the UV system sterilizers had failed. Transformer has been replaced under warranty. No other issues were found. Drain line was cleared and treated. Electrical disconnect confirmed in and on. System was running at the time of departure.
