On arrival I spoke with the homeowner who stated her power went out for about 5-10 minutes on Saturday night and the downstairs system stopped cooling ever since. I found the outdoor condenser board flashing a “low pressure lockout” code. I reset power and started up the system. Verified refrigerant levels are good and the filter is clean. I cycled power at the thermostat a few times with no issues. I was not able to recreate the problem during this visit. I did speak to the homeowner about getting her drain serviced and about our maintenance agreement. She chose to have the drain service for the downstairs system at this time. I cleared, flushed and treated the drain line. No other issues were found.
