On arrival, I turned on the cooling system and inspected the indoor air handler inside the attic. I heard refrigerant pumping through the coil but did not hear the motor running. Opened the panel up and found the ECM motor failing to turn over and start. Motor was just attempting to run, but would never fully ramp up. Will contact York to order new motor. I also inspected all other Performance, Mechanical and Safety systems that were operational for diagnosing, and all items were working within manufacture’s specifications for operation. Installed new indoor blower motor, indoor surge protection device and outdoor surge protection device. Verified system startup. Everything is working at this time.
