A confident and competent young man arrived promptly at the time agreed upon. He took the time to put on shoe covers as not to scratch our hardwood floors. He throughly went through both of our units to make sure they were in good working order. He answered our many questions and also instructed us on home maintenance to keep them working efficiently.

Respectful, confident young man arrived between the expected times. Went straight to work stopping to explain things to me if necessary. Was careful and protective in regard to furniture, floors, etc. Wore booties and vacuumed when he was finished.
