Our technician (Henry) was very thorough when he checked and serviced our HVAC system. He explained in detail and showed pictures of what he found. He took care of any minor issues immediately and I received a call from Hendrix that day to let me know that a replacement part he recommended was on order.

After trying all the local companies, who couldn’t figure out how to install heat and AC in the quirky addition the previous owned had built, so we called Hendrix. They found a solution and installed it perfectly. Then we had them add an AC unit to the system, which has been working g flawlessly. Of course, we have them do our service as well. Jaimeson was here today to tune everything up and did a great job. Highly recommend!

I am really pleased with the way this replacement of our heating system has gone I chose an out of town company and they were amazing on getting the replacement done as if they were in Eugene. First rate installation and customer care I think faster than any local company and all permits and electric inspection taken care of by them
