Henry was thorough in explaining the issue. I’m thrilled that the old electric was used only due to the failure, I guess that is the risk we take. It is interesting that with a tech in the area I still have to pay the travel fee when another (or several) customers have already paid it for Henry today.

Heat pump maintenance

The technician came on time and did an excellent job cleaning and checking the heat pump for proper cooling and heating. He cleaned up after himself I don’t have any complaints.
