Very happy with both the Trane heat pump as Hendrix. Installation and service is top notch. If you want to take full advantage of the quality of your Trane and get the most for your investment, have Hendrix do the install.

We chose Hendrix to replace our old Trane XL1200 heat pump with a new XV18 and we couldn’t be happier! Luke was our sales rep and we really enjoyed working with him. The installers Tanner and Zach were very professional. Their work was definitely equal to the high standard of quality we have come to expect with Trane heat pumps. As for the XV18, WOW what a difference! It is much quieter and our home is more comfortable than ever!
