Josh arrived on time and introduced himself to me. He was professional and informed me that more of his crew would be arriving shortly. He didn’t waste any time asking where the units were located. The rest of the crew arrived and got right to work. They were happy to answer a question or two I had and when they were almost done they told us that paperwork and a check was almost complete. They showed us how the new programmable thermostat worked which was very helpful. We really appreciated the crew’s professionalism and instructions on our new heat pump system. Thanks a bunch fellas for taking care of us!
